March 30th – Picture Day
For the past several years, we have had the honor to have the infamous Three Irish Girls take our dance pictures each year. We are thrilled and excited to have her back again this year. Pictures will be at the studio and you will have digital copies of your dancers group and individual picture emailed to you. Below are a couple of her photos from the past:
Miss Alexa, Miss Jill, Miss Julia, and Mr. Peter just got back from Chicago, where they were attending the UDMA Costume Show. They were busy looking at and making decisions on costumes for all the dancers for our recital on May 19th!
Starting today as costume decisions are finalized, Costume Fees will be added onto your dancers accounts. Costume Fees are due November 15th. Any costume not paid for, will NOT be ordered. Not ordering on time makes your dancers costume fee go up in price because of shipping, possible rush order fees, and it may result in fabric being cut from a different dye lot and being slight different colored. Please make sure you pay for your costume fees on time. Also please remember that fundraising money can be used to pay your dancer’s Costume Fees.
Just a reminder out that we still have the Little Lambs Cookie Dough & Cheesecake Fundraiser going on until October 15th. October 15th is when we need all the money and forms turned back into the studio. Please remember to have your people make checks to you and turn in one check or cash to dreamdance Academy when you submit your final order. Thank You! If you haven’t picked up this fundraiser yet, they forms are in the hallway and in the Parent Lobby.
We will also have our annual Wreath Fundraiser starting up pretty soon here. Peter is just working on getting all the information together. So keep an eye out for that. Forms will be in the Parent Lobby as usual.
Monthly Tuition is due on the 25th of the month prior. For example: October Tuition is Due September 25th.
A lot of families choose to have us run their cards monthly for them to avoid incurring a Late Fee of $35.00. Please fill out the attached form and bring it to the front desk or you can email it back to us. If you don’t have access to a printer, we will have the green forms in the Parent Lobby to be filled out. These forms will let us know who authorizes us to run their cards each month for their tuition. We need everyone to fill out this form.

Save the date for Bring a Friend Week: October 8th, 9th, & 11th!! Dancers can bring a friend that is similar in age and ability to their dance class. This is also a perfect time for dance to try an additional dance class style to see if they like it. Does your dancer want to try jazz or are they curious about lyrical? Have them try out the class that week!
We have an online store through GTM that allows you to order any dreamdance Academy apparel anytime you’d like. Just click the team store link and you’ll be taken to the site. If there’s anything you don’t see there, that you’d like us to add, send us an email. There currently is a sale going on through October 1, 2018 and all several of the items are currently discounted.

2018-2019 Dance Season
Welcome to the 2018-2019 dance season at dreamdance Academy! The ddA Staff is very excited to be working with you and your dancer(s). As dreamdance Academy enters its tenth season, we reflect on the many student that have walked through our doors. Whether you are a new or returning student, we thank you for being a part of the dreamdance Academy Family, and look forward to the many memories we will create together.
You will receive a class confirmation via email if you have enrolled in a class. To add another class or check your account you can do so anytime from our website: www.dreamdanceacademy.org Once on this page selected menu, and then pay my bill. Use the email you created your account with, the one you are receiving this email from, and enter your password. If you did not create a password or forgot just hit forgot password and one will be emailed to you. Then you will have access to your account: to read emails sent, check your balance, pay your tuition, or enroll your dancer in more classes or events.
You will also receive via email in August with information explaining our tuition and payment guidelines and our studio policies. Paper copies of this information will be available in the Parent Lobby so that you may sign them in case you do not have a printer.
